A Feedback form is the important instrument for your website. This approach helps to make the process of collecting feedback quicker, easier and more powerful. The Feedback form has all the form fields that you need (drop-down, textarea, e-mail field, check-box groups, radio groups, calendar fields,  file upload fields with extension validation and so on).
